Chris Rix <<<<<<<<<<<< f*ckin high-larious Mike Williams <<<<<<<<< I didn't know he was playing this year Cedric Benson <<<<<<<< Can a jailbird win the coveted award? Jason White <<<<<<<<<< Where is Ramah? David Greene <<<<<<<<< Overrated Carnell Williams <<<<<<<< Overrated Sproles wins it this year. Leinhart will not be nearly as effective this year.
there's no way vincent wins it, If fitzgerald couldn't win it as a sophmore, then no way can vincent win it. eric
Anyone with any sense will agree with him. At 20-1 Mark Clayton looks like a good longshot, the voters woud feel good about giving it to White's teammate to soften the blow of him not winning it again, Stoops would probably give him extra touches, maybe on return teams, their entire offense returns and the guys who vote on post season awards love all OUch players anyway.
I agree. Unless he gets hurt, Sproles is gonna run for 2000 yards, pretty much an automatic Heisman. And Leinart, with Winston Justice suspended, Rogers graduated, Colbert moving on, Williams out as of right now, their best returning receiver out due to academic ineligibility, Leinart comes to Earth hard IMO.
Didn't help that Fitz was a receiver. IMO Pitt has been shorted on two Heisman Trophies due to position where they played. Fitz and Hugh Greene.
I try to ignore the Big 12 talk around here but it can be impossible. Many think this may be Mizzou's year. If they win the Big 12, Brad Smith could be a legitimate contender for the Heisman. Who is Braylon Edwards from Michigan? Seems like I should know who that is. I'm kinda late on getting my preseason college football mag this year.
