Why not? It's much like an agent that supports a player (i.e. JR) until he signs his multi million dollar contract. He knows there is potential for RP to make good money one day and if he can hook him as a client now it could pay off. Same for the others he represents.

He said they would not practice today. Then he went on to say that both Lee and Hatch will be prepared to take snaps on Saturday.

I was listening to the presser, I heard him say that Odom and Perriloux would not practice today while he was gathering info on the incident. I didn't hear him say that Ryan wouldn't play Saturday though I may be mistaken.:geaux:

 

Wow. I wouldn't be surprised to see Hatch. But to pull the redshirt from Lee at this point in the season would suck. I only see that happening if Flynn has an awful game.

How do you know he's on a retainer? He's been represented by Fisher before and it may just be that he is someone RP looks to for fatherly advice.

 

Fisher is not representing Odom this case so that must mean Odom is probably gone.
