This may be one of those situations where the coach needs to sit down and have a loooong chat with those gentlemen. There was "no" arrests, no ones in the hospital. Quite frankly if you're not familiar to the area, the (Chimes/Varsity) has always been a hotspot for that kind of crap. Even back when I was a Freshman, and thats been 30 years ago. There was always things of that nature and it usually involved students and non-students. Doesn't really sound like there's anything in the report to justify anything other than perhaps and old fashioned "butt" chewing, and a "gentle" reminder that as bad as we need them to play, they could sure sit through a couple of games. I think they both need to learn to let cooler heads prevail. "That" comes with maturity though. BTW, Y'know, most of us "coonasses" would rather fight than make love when we were younger. Didn't something like this happen with a Florida player prior to the LSU - Florida game? Meyers handled it quietly and the guy played in the game since there was no arrest....???

But that's not why people think LSU's football team might be minus a player or two next week. It's all rumors, so far, but I'll just say that the "doom and gloom" isn't necessarily about the fight reported in the press.

That's not saying Les won't kick some ass for team members getting their names in tha paper for incidents other than Saturdays.

Just because there hasn't been an arrest doesn't mean there won't be one. IF some of this stuff is true, it's going to get ugly.
