Kennedy was hardly a swing vote lately. He has sided with the conservatives on all cases this year. But there is a few of his swing votes that I agree with him on. Guess I am a swinger myself.

Souter, Kennedy said the court had granted women the right and should not retreat from that promise. Not that I side with PP, but I side with Roe vs. Wade.

and I didn't help abort any of my kids either. but I know people who did and the reasons why they did it. I can't judge their decisions. They weren't made lightly.
