  5. Regardless of how I feel about the issues, watching these liberals/progressives squirming, one biatch just called for the people of Maine, to take to the streets, is high comedy.

They are really going to do serious damage . . . . to themselves.

  7. Kennedy was hardly a swing vote lately. He has sided with the conservatives on all cases this year. But there is a few of his swing votes that I agree with him on. Guess I am a swinger myself.

Lawrence vs. Texas, 2003—Struck down the last laws in Texas and other states that made sex between gays and lesbians a crime. Kennedy said gay people deserve dignity and respect.

Obergefell vs. Hodges, 2015—Established that same-sex couples have a constitutional right to marry nationwide. Kennedy’s opinion cited the Constitution’s protections for liberty and equality.

Planned Parenthood vs. Casey, 1992—Kennedy was one of three co-authors of the ruling that preserved Roe vs. Wade and the right to abortion. Along with Justices Sandra Day O’Connor and David H. Souter, Kennedy said the court had granted women the right and should not retreat from that promise. Not that I side with PP, but I side with Roe vs. Wade.
  8. guess its good your parents didn't?
  9. and I didn't help abort any of my kids either. but I know people who did and the reasons why they did it. I can't judge their decisions. They weren't made lightly.

  10. Murder is murder. It probably should be overturned but won't be. I'm ok with this murder so I'm good either way.
