Truth be told, so am I (a little). Not because I think UK is more talented than us. Far from it, but history shows teams coming off an emotionally draining win sometimes come out flat for the next game. It happened to us in 97 when we beat Fla and lost the very next week to Ole Piss. I'm not saying it will, just that the possibility exists. Hopefully, the Tulane game and Stanford/USCw was a wake up call and show what can happen if you don't bring a high intensity level to every game.

What they are saying around Kentucky

Don’t know if these have been posted or noted, but here are some miscellaneous articles on the UK game from the Lexington Herald-Leader and the Kentucky Kernel:

Wow, way to send a message to your team, coach. What confidence.

that is what toledo was doing. poor mouthing his team, etc. but behind closed locker room doors was saying something entirely different.

i don't agree with doing that, but i would put money that is the case here, also.

I agree with Brooks it was a shame either team had to lose, they both played strong games. I'm having trouble moving on from the fla. game, I enjoyed it so much I want to keep enjoying it. We pointed to it since the Sugar Bowl, how sweet it was. I bet the coaches have a bit of a hard time getting the players to move on to Ky. I hope they do better than I'm doing.
