i never thought about it that way, but that is a really good point. it's like putting almost. you might miss the 1st one, but you have a better chance at the 2nd one because of the line, etc...

This is a tough one to handle.... I hate the icing this way, but how do you prevent it? Inside 10 seconds on the playclock I guess would work, but Miles bailed out Perrilloux two times during the Florida game (yeah, not the NFL, but good example) from delays of game. Possibly after the two minute warning they could implement that rule (considering they change several clock rules during that time) that the coach cannot call a timeout after the offense is set, only the players can.
