PS -- he's got a little bit of lateral quickness and looks like a decent player, stats are only mediocre, though, against "mostly" suspect defenses, and not playing for the entire 2010 season doesn't help. Has he received any offers? I wouldn't call him FBS ( Div 1 ) material, but he might get some interest from Northwestern, ULL, ULM, etc.
Might be a good idea to contact those schools(football office) that he as applied to already and been accepted to.Have the High School Coach send a high light film and short letter concerning his thoughts on the prospect. Looking at this point in time walk on status,unless you have applied to Div2 school that can split Schollie. up. Need to stay away from people that for a "fee" will help you.
