Where can fat boy get a good king cake in BR by just walking in?

I'm only in town shortly and will be passing back through on my way back from paying a ticket in LaPlace.

I'm assuming you took your new avatar pic at the corner of Lobdell and LaSalle Ave yestetday on your way to buy a king cake. Did you steal the sign?

Nope, I didn't steal it but I used to live there on LaSalle Ave which is where the name comes from. Had to cruise by the old crib to see it, man that area has really taken off since I left. There was nothing on corporate where Whole Foods and all that stuff is when I lived there. There was a Moe's there and the stuff around College and Corporate was there, but none of the stuff near Jefferson was there, they were just building those apartments on Corporate when I left.
