    Someone mentioned Houston ponied up and his dream job is Texas. Maybe 1-2 years of continual performance and he gets his shot.

    3mil at Houston, any major program can beat that. Not sure why everyone keeps saying Texas is his dream job? Never saw a quote from him and he has no ties to UT.

    I've heard the same, just no one is able to give a source for that info. Is it just Internet rumor or fact? No one really seems to know.

    I was reading up on Herman when I thought we were firing Miles. I think he was a grad student/grad assistant at UT, so he does have some ties, though he is from California.
