For once lawmakers could do the right thing and inact what was alluded towards the end of this video. Immediate bill for charging teens as adults and sentenced to 25 years in prison. Before I even watched the video, I thought 5 years would be adequate, but this dude wants to slam the door on these kids.

I am pretty sure you might have your chance. Didn't those three punks shoot and kill the Aussie baseball player because they were bored? There are plenty of other bored teens out there with access to the interweb. It just pisses me off that I cannot concealed carry in NY like I could in Florida. While I could hold my own against the swinger, that is an awfully large pack of punks and I am usually walking about with my kids.
