Laron was probably already in the 2nd round. He will probably, at best, be the 3rd safety drafted if he came out this year.

I just hope that whatever decision he DOES make, that it's well-thought, not done because of outside influence (myself included :D ) like Brandon Bass, and that he's 100% SURE of his decision (unlike Marquise Hill who declared, withdrew and found out he missed the deadline to withdraw--or whatever it was--and had to declare for the draft again...).

In both cases, Bass was pressured to leave by outside sources--and IMO, was given the wrong information about where he would get drafted (even though I know that that's not an exact science) and IMO, Hill needed another year of college to develope but couldn't make up his mind until he messed up with the declaration and pretty much forced himself into the draft...

i wouldn't be shocked if even greg blue went before him either even though I don't like his coverage skills but he's a highlight film waiting to happen. could be the next ronnie lott if his skills develop. not sure where he stands on the draft board but interesting prospect nonetheless.

id take laron over him but im quite biased.

KO and Huff definitely go before him. given the fact safeties historically don't go very early as a group, it may be in LL's best interest to return.
