O-line reverted to pre-Florida mentality. Better now, on a win, then later.

    Yeah!
I was worried the whole game!
We beat Ole Piss, but we almost beat ourselves!
If we had played a better team we would have
    LOST!
Thank God our defense came to play.

    GEAUX TIGERS!!!!!!!
    Beat the PIGS!!!!!!!

    The Offense Stunk Today.

Stinking offensive performance. Ole Miss has one of the Bottom Ten pass defenses in all of Div IA football, and the most points we can muster is 17 measley points???!!!

The Defense won the game for us.

    The Offense needs work...........

Like I said last week if they can't make plays all game long.
We can't sustain drives in all quarters and I think that comes
from calling off the dogs once we get big leads against lesser
    opponents.

    Dangerous Habit

    Consistantcy....

I don't think we can win the SCG without more offense,
they have to have less penalties.

    Offense is too streaky....

C'mon guys. We won! And, we were due for a test. OM played their hearts out. They haven't been a position to win an SEC championship in a long time. This stuff happens in football. Look at Ohio State last year. They won the MNC. What about the previous four LSU played? The offense wasn't too bad, was it? And, champiuonships are won on DEFENSE! LSU has a championship caliber defense, as they demonstrated today! Best defense in all the land!

Lighten up, and enjoy the win!

    Bring on the Pigs!

You are so right FightinTiger the offense choked, they played tight almost the whole game, especially Matt. The O Line left me totally disgusted. To come into a huge game like this and play like they played is inexcusable. Thank God for the MIGHTY D!!!!!

You play to win the game.

Last season Ohio State went into Cincinati and stunk up the joint. Oklahoma beat Bama by a touchdown two months ago. Champions win the close games.

Coach Saban knows it wasn't LSU's best game. A whole lot of folks thought LSU would lose, they thought Ole Miss' offense was too much. LSU didn't lose. LSU won. On the road.

If there is any coach in the country I want coaching our players its Coach Saban. He knows what to do to fix the mistakes LSU made in this game, and he will.

four years ago I stood in a 60% filled LSU student section the day after thanksgiving and watched Rohan Davey come off the bench to lead a 2-win LSU team against Arkansas bound for the cotton bowl. That could have happened to OUR TEAM today, but it didn't. LSU fought back to win.

GO TIGERS! WE WANT THE BOOT!!

You're damn right. LSU bent a little but did not break. Ole Miss had the momentum and ALL of the emotion in the second half, but the Tigers held on.
