In the end, that is where the buck stops. If you think MF and BL shouldn't start, your (NY's) issue is with coaches not the players. Something they see in practice EVERY DAY, tells them to stick with these guys.

In the end its the coaches' decision to keep them in and playing as much as they are. Or are you expecting the players to say, "No coach, I suck send him in" (also waiting on sarcasm emoticon but this will do);) .

I accept all blame for jinxing the team, see my AU post.

    Later,

we don't see practice. If Perriloux isn't starting, there's a reason. Could be he still makes poor decisions, not accurate or any of a number of things that are keeping him from starting or running more of the offense.

We have a solid HC and assts. I'm gonna trust them.

Besides, the most popular LSU player is always the second string QB.

I don't disagree with you completely on LaFell. We have several talented receivers and I think that Brandon's problem with drops has been going on long enough now (3 games) to warrent a serious discussion on his role in the offense.

You are way off base on Flynn however. If we didn't have eight dropped passes, Matt F.'s completion percentage would have been 70% or better. Is it just me, or is the only reason we were in that game in the end because Flynn made two HUGE runs to set up conversions, totally sold out his body, and gave everything he had for the team?

RP throws a ton of interceptions in practice. That is one of the reasons in addition to his past issues and decision making, and his versus Matt's understanding of the offensive system.

Not trying to be mister mysterioso here or anything but I probably should not say. I wouldn't want to get anyone in trouble or anything... I believe my source but whether you do or not is up to you.
