I bought some boneless pork chops the other day that I hadn't done anything with yet. I just threw them into the crock pot with a can of beer, seasonings, onions, garlic flavored Tabasco, Tiger Sauce, Soy Sauce, Teriyaki Sauce and worcestershire sauce and set the heat on low. When I get up I'll saute some onions, bell pepper, celery, & garlic in olive oil and then add a can of cream of mushroom soup and some butter and 1/2 & 1/2, cut up the pork chops into small pieces and stew them in the pot and serve over rice. It should be good.

I would have thrown a pork roast into that crock pot and had the boneless porkchops with eggs for breakfast. It sounds like the boneless porkchops will be reduced to soup meat after a night in the pot. :)

I didn't have a pork roast. After 4 1/2 hours the chops are almost done but I'll let them go another couple of hours until they are almost falling apart.
