yeah i like la tech a lot. i've seen them play a few times this season (TV obviously,) and they put up a fight every week in the WAC. if they had a little better defense i think that they would be a really good team. at least they play legit teams unlike some other louisiana schools. :hihi: tech is usually my second favorite instate school.
I have both ESPNU and ESPN360.com I did not see this game listed on the scheduled broadcasts for tomorrow on ESPN360.com however.
So are you saying them playing in the WAC would be just as tough as playing in the SEC? I wouldn't. I wouldn't exactly say they play an overwhelming conference schedule... Hawaii, Fresno State, Boise State, Idaho, Nevada, San Jose State, Utah State, and New Mexico State. Let's face it, everyone in the WAC is a rent-a-win for the big 6 conferences aside from Boise State. Fresno talks a big game but is not the team Boise State is. Hawaii was a one hit wonder, and even when they were a hit, UGA proved that Hawaii didn't belong with the big boys. I stand by my statement about Tech. It's easy to schedule "legit teams" when you are the rent-a-win.
well, that's not at all what i said. :yelwink2: all i said was that compared to other schools in LA their schedule is legit. how ever you personally feel about boise state and idaho and fresno state is moot because they are better than sunbelt schools. :grin:
