I see what you did there... Still, I see that as the single most important factor in this game. Not sure if you count Percy Harvin as a RB or WR, but he is leading the team in receptions. I am just worried about paying him too much attention, leaving the pure RBs open out of the backfield. They have been winning with defense and special teams, mostly. Meanwhile, we are playing better defenses than what they have, and we are currently leading the league in total offense. I dont think we will have a problem moving the ball. I think Byrd has to have a larger roll in this game, but (on topic!) I think we will see plenty of Lee to Lafell.
Yes, I think he's doing a great job. He's getting the ball into the hands of our playmakers. If he continues to do that, our offense will be fine. Do you have anything else about which you'd like to be negative? I remember Sol Graves and Jamie Howard and Craig Nall. Things are not so bad.
The stellar offensive line and Scott's performance will help Lee. The adversity playing at Gainsville is not going to be any worse than at Auburn for Lee, and therefore I don't think he will be fazed by it. Good thing he had faced two stiff defenses already. He should be fine if he continues to stay on course. I remember for quite some time, JR continued to push and tried to make passes when the plays weren't there. Lee seems to be learning. He also is being helped by his talented receivers breaking open this year.
Suncoast needs to be banned because if we lose a game I will be forced to hunt him down and kill him.
I can see why suncoast thinks Lee has not done anything yet. I mean, he just got voted SEC freshman of the week, for his latest performance. Combined with his dismal qb rating(just behind Tebow), there is plenty to doubt. Perhaps I am just a glass 1/2 full kind of guy, but I am fairly pleased with his growth and performance so far.
From what I read Thursday night, you keep that glass quite full (while some of us are stuck at work with NO FREAKING SCOTCH on the premises)
