He did fairly well minus the INT, but their O put up 48. It was their defense that had the meltdown. Kinda like Bamas loss to ULL a few years back... point is had we opened up with Ole Miss we'd be 0-1 in the SEC and 3rd straight to them. If our Offense cant get things going and stop the penalty BS that'll be the reality. Remember 08?
The team we played last night was not the #18 Tarheeels. I don't care how tebow-like you wanna make their Qb out to be... he sucked until last night. If you can't understand that then i'm sorry. But as miserably as we moved the ball last night against back-ups and NOT their entire starting secondary. Imagine how ugly it coulda been had they been playing.
That #18 was without the -13 players. Take 7 of OUR defensive starters away for the next game and see what happens.
We did take away most of our defensive starters and we still won. We were playing 5 and 6 young players a time in the second half (Mingo, Montgomery, Minter, Matheau, Simon, Reid), including three of which who were true freshmen. That doesn't mean we would have lost to Ole Miss. UNC's backups > Jacksonville State's starters. LSU's backups > UNC's backups LSU > Ole Miss, UNC and Jacksonville State
