Broussard was not at spring practice today due to a violation of team rules. He was on the verge of quitting last year. I wonder what the future holds for him.
Still now word on what AB did to break team rules nut Miles is not pleased he is not out on field practicing. However, we now know it is nit because of his weight. Tim Washington might be looking into a transfer. It seems that Korte is struggling with his grades and Miles is making sure he stays on top of it before it hurts his playing status. Read Here
I don't believe Alley Cat will be kicked off the team, or is exploring the option of quitting. I actually think Miles just wanted to let him know bright and early this year who the boss was, after all of the problems last year.
no way miles sits him out due to last year to rehash old problems again. hes not that stupid. obviously there are currently serious problems which carried over and is a bad way to begin the season for both parties. this has the look of a bad ending for broussard. he may not be given another chance and at this point no one could blame miles if its more of the same. alley could take a cue from justin vincent, who became fat after a spectacular freshman season, yet didnt pout when relegated to 3rd down back and special teams. time for mr broussard to get with the program. hes had ample time to make the transition.
out for the week. http://www.nola.com/sports/t-p/index.ssf?/base/sports-29/117255819363720.xml&coll=1
