Les is a good man but he got what he deserved. The fact he apparently made so little effort to make substantive changes tells me he lost his desire and at 4 mil a year that's unacceptable.
Absolutely, but they need warm bodies for the coaching staff too at this point. No way Peveto or Ensminger survive the change.
