as RBs Coach, for the departed Frank Wilson. WR Coach, Tony Ball is moved on to pursue other opportunities.. www.lsusports.net/ViewArticle.dbml?DB_OEM_ID=5200&ATCLID=210710991
Sounds like it's more of a move to replace Frank's stroke in the New Orleans area for recruiting purposes. I like the hire.
Indeed...pretty much the equivalent to Wilson. He knows all the LA kids at the Boys from the Boot event this weekend and is already on campus recruiting. The Ball move isn't surprising...been rumblings for a while now. I was hoping Curtis Johnson was the target but I believe the Saints locked him up.
Let's hope he kidnaps Kingsbury on the drive over from Lubbock. I doubt he ever actually made the move, though...
Good. His refusal to give significant playing time to Quinn and Diarse last year led to Diarse transferring to TCU and will probably still lose us Quinn this summer if he sees no passes in the spring.
Not to mention Jazz Ferguson and Tyrone Johnson. Let's be real. Harris only knows how to find 2 receivers, Dural and Dupree. Just imagine an LSU QB who could spread the ball around with completions to 8 or 9 receivers per game. Sort of like Drew Brees does.
yep, Harris isn't good enough to look down to a 3rd receiver. Quinn would be a monster in the slot if we had a decent QB. And fuck DeSean Smith would be a beast too.
Well, this will be his 3rd year, so maybe he can add a look down each year, LOL. His 1st year, he could only hone in on one receiver, then his 2nd year he could look off of 1 and see a 2nd, so it stands to reason that this year he'll finally check down to his 3rd option.
