    We don't want to fire him. We just want someone else to manage gameday.

    We can even get Les a really nice Lazy Boy to relax in on the sideline. Make it real comfortable for him.

    I must agree that someone making a 7 figure salary should know when to call a Time Out to make sure his team has a chance to tie the game in the final seconds. I like Les Miles and he is a good coach, but it is hard to accept him having less situational awareness than many fans sitting on the couch at home. He has a history of poor clock management at the end of games. I am not suggesting getting rid of Les Miles, but at the minimum we should get someone to help him in this area.
