A lot of what we're debating here centers on John Kerry himself, and his war record...but what we're kind of forgetting when discussing this man's "character" is the way he came home and besmirched the reputations of the men he served with. John Kerry's testimony before Congress would lead you to believe that atrocities on the part of U.S. forces were the norm rather than the aberration...accusations vehemently denied by servicemen on all levels. To come home and protest a war you think is morally wrong is one thing...but to falsely accuse your mates like that speaks volumes to this man's character (or lack thereof). Incidentally, Kerry admitted in his testimony that he too partook in these "war crimes". If you're a Kerry supporter, doesn't this bother you? if it's true, do you really want a confessed "war criminal" in the White House?
