    Totally understand nothing like a little blue pill........ Congrats on the weight and fitness!!! That's excellent.

    I had rotator surgery 5 months ago and I'm just starting to swing a club again. 18 holes a day is a good walk. How good depends on how straight the walk is and how many stops you have to make along the way.

    I was 240 twenty months ago, now I'm 196 (6'2"). So definitely understand what you've accomplished. Mean's you'll be around longer than lots of people. My goal was 205, I just blew through it and sort of stayed there. Wife is quite happy.
