Thats without question JR did perform better....Flynn never really had much chance to prove himself, I just dont like how he gets lost in the RP/JR lovefest.
neither did rick clausen but it didn't mean he was good because he wasn't mentioned. what's your concern with flynn given he's shown nothing in game situations either. the only lovefest is whiteys like me wanting the white boy. Nothing wrong with that if all other things were equal but they're not. i prefer any 6'5 250 with a rocket arm even over whitey. Flynn's feelings aren't hurt nor should yours be. he'll be an excellent backup. RP may likely come in like David Palmer did for Bama in goalline and spot situations.
Nah, its not like my feelings are hurts, and I'm sure he couldnt care less. its just I think people are counting him out too quickly......he could surprise some folks. I'm all for the best man being on the field, and LSU winning.
no one's counting him out. he's gonna play if he deserves to. the coach will put the best qb on the field and since that's all you care about, no need to worry for flynn.
I believe once Sept 3rd hits the depth chart will look like this..... JR MF RP With MF coming in for mop up duty and RP coming in in certain situations. You will see all 3 Qb's this year. But all in different rolls...JR as the starter and leader of the team, MF as the very adequate back up, and RP as the holy ****, what are they going to do guy. Sept 3rd can't get here soon enough.
As long as Miles don't do any boneheaded move like pulling the QB after he goes down the field and puts 6 on the board to start the game. Randall was'nt going to lose that game at Auburn last year as it was a revenge thing for him. Dumbest ****ing move of the Saban tenure.
