Quite frankly I was concerned that Miles may not have been able to hire someone from a major program because of his job being up in the air for next year. In other words would a major league coach want to come to a school that could have a coaching change next year, which could put the new DC in the unemployment line.

Mostly negative. Many are pissed they got Steele instead of Aranda.

he'll also be matching up against much better talent as well. so its liekly a wash there.
