Brown played at OU 2007 - 2009. Best year was 2008, his junior year I believe, when he rushed for 1220 yds and 20 TD's on 217 carries, with 109 yds receiving and 1 TD on 15 receptions. In 2007 he had 611 yds and 9 TD's on 158 carries. In 2009 he rushed for 774 yds and 7 TD's on 189 carries. For his career he had 2605 total yards rushing and 36 TD's on 564 carries, average of 4.61 yds per carry, with 323 total yds receiving and 3 TD's on 44 receptions. Not a bad college career at all.

I think we are going to always have a few RB's who shine at other colleges due to the amount of great ones Louisiana produces.

Did anyone notice that 'Bama has already slipped in and taken one away from us in this class? Daylon Charlot from Patterson committed earlier this month. Consensus 4-star WR. Hearing that he still plans to go to LSU junior day, and that Wilson intends to keep recruiting him.

Long time till signing day, I know, I say this all the time. LSU closed this year as well as any school. One of the better closings in college football I've ever seen. I keep hearing Grimes has hit the ground running, should pay off with the OL after a full year with him on the recruiting trail.
