I was at the game today and LSU is one great team. I dont believe the refs were a factor they seemed pretty even to me. There were 2 refs from the Missouri Valley Conference and 1 from the SEC. We were so impressed with the way LSU switched on screens they seemed to be there before we were. We're proud of our ladies and look forward to getting in the NCAA, this game can only help us. There were a bunch of SMS fans around the Lady Tigers after the game and we gave them a well deserved round of applause. I was lucky to have a chance to speak with Pokey. She is a classy person. Hope she'll come back over the next few years.

    bearpa,

That atmosphere there at SMS that I saw on tv today is something to be very proud of.

    LSU............16

Do you really think LSU got hosed by the officials?

For a stretch during the 2nd half, yes I do. Maybe it's just perception, but it seemed like everytime SMS took it inside the whistle blew and there was very little, if any contact on several of the fouls. On the other end, we were trying to penetrate the 3-2 and getting mauled and nothing was called. The over the back call when Fowles was in front of the SMS player was total BS.
