FYI, http://www.inside99.net/2005/unit_rankings/WR.htm Maybe someone can do the html link for me. Defensive line #3 Offensive line 6-9th
Last week locoguano told me all you have to do is press control-C but that didn't work for me. I agree with the assessment of the talent at WR for LSU. These guys are primed for a fabulous year.
WR, DL and OL ranked as top 10 units in the country. Sweet schedule with hardest games at home, a place LSU never loses these days. "BUT...BUT...you (waaah) can't put (waaah) pressure on the new coach (waaaah). You'll scare him off and make him leave if he wins fewer than 9 games this year...WAAAH." Thought I'd post this "we're scared of success/unrealistic expectations" message about this year's squad before one of the others did. Funny, but many who post such things around here also tend to always stick up for John Brady. If you love mediocrity in your sports teams so much, maybe you should just root for Tulane. You'd feel more at home.
I'm suprised they put us at number 1 because our WR's haven't shown what they are capable of & none have all that impressive numbers... yet.
QUICK! Someobdy post this on that ASU message board discussion! They said there was "no way LSU could even compete with ASU's talent at WR" :hihi:
I think our receivers have shown enough to impress. I'm surprised at the rating because we don't have a proven quarterback who can get them the ball.
