I was upset last night after the loss, only because I don't think the Tigers played to their full potential and I don't think our coaches coached to their full potential. Kentucky outplayed us when it counted. No doubt we'll bounce back, but it only gets harder from here on out. With the dropped passes and stupid pentalties, we were lucky to be in it as long as we were. We've got a h*ll of a team and a h*ll of a coaching staff and if we win out, we'll be lucky we lost when we did. Hopefully this is a wake up call for our boys. I know it's been said before, but it reminds me of 2003. Anyway, off to contribute!
OSU will lose to Penn St, Wisconsin or Michigan. USF has a losses coming to Rutgers AND UCONN...mark it down. BC will lose to VT...we control our destiny again.
#4 in the BCS after a loss is a real good spot to be in. Trust me Ohio State will loss one or two of there last 5 and I know if we win out we will lep BC and USF. I see a rematch in the super dome between LSU and OU for the BCS Camp.
USF has a chance to Lose to Louisville also because Brian Brohm has been throwing for 500 yards and are playing better plus they just beat Cinnci who was undefeated. Plus they did play a good game with Kentucky
You don't think Ohio State would want to play an SEC team again just to prove it was luck , ?? LOL UK Makes Debut in BCS Poll: The first Bowl Championship Series Poll of the season has been released and Kentucky makes its all-time debut at No. 7. That should help us a little
I'd love to play Ohio St. to prove it wasn't luck. Eh.. to paraphrase some of my favorite N.O Saints commercials.. Football -- it's different down here.
Haven't read much on the forums because I expected alot of negativity (plus I returned to town from Kentucky last night), so I don't know if some of these things have been said yet. I didn't want the negativity that some of the people possess to have an affect on me since, for once, I'm actually feeling pretty positive about a loss. We are down but most certainly not out. Boston College still has a lot to prove. They have to run the gamut playing against Va Tach, Florida State, @ Maryland, @ Clemson, and then finishing out with Miami. This will be tough for them, so we'll see if they can finish unscathed. I'm pretty sure they will drop at least one of these. South Florida has @ Rutgers, @ UConn, Cincy, @ Syracuse, Louisville, and finishing up @ Pittsburgh. They have the seemingly easier route than Boston College, but don't there's still a couple of tests in that schedule. They struggled against Florida Atlantic. They beat an unprepared Auburn team and an overrated West Virginia. We'll see what they really have when they're coming down the stretch. Ohio State still has Michigan state, @ Penn State, Wisconsin, Illinois, and @ Michigan. Though Michigan is the only ranked team left to play Ohio State, it will not be easy for them to finish unbeaten either. I see our main threat as being Oklahoma, but thankfully they are behind us in the BCS. I have to think that if LSU wins out that LSU stands a good chance to do some leapfrogging. All LSU can do as a team is just take care of business from here on out. Just pray that this reality check has made the team become more focused and dedicated to erasing their mistakes. Don't worry about everything else, it is going to work itself out. Just hang in there and hope for the best.
