I am good with that. Shows some respect and appreciation for their efforts but not too over hyped. Keeps the team focused with an attitude of not being better than 8 other teams. Keeps their minds on the need for improvement.

OSU does not deserve those 61 first place votes.

It is, and I don't think they'll still be ranked after next week when they play MSU, but at least, it makes our win look even more respectable.

Also, the pollsters are probably reluctant to admit what clowns they look like for having them ranked #6 to start the year.
