I would think so. They have to at least make it to the tourny finals.

i agree with you. how well you do doesnt affect seeding of higher teams as much as you might think. dont want to lose to a poor team or get blown out though.

a 1 is possible though not likely. the 4th 1 seed is still up for grabs. gonzaga may be out of it. texas just lost. memphis is having a tough time. if ohio st flames out i think its possible.

I think that they need to beat ole miss and make it to the finals to keep a #2 seed.

I agree with tigerbait that it is a tough bracket! But we have a nice set of talent ourselves, granted we are healthy for the madness :yelwink2: .

this is a much bigger upset than last year vs LSU.

calipari is an even $hittier coach than brady. he should be fired too.

dont understand how AR and OK are on the downslide. neither has lost a game recently. sure OK has played some close ones, but AR just beat MS st by 10.

i dont know what those arrows mean. has the teams resume declined because of poor performance or has their seed decreased (which could just be because some other team jumped them with more impressive wins?)

i dunno what you guys mean about being with duke... but their bracket now is TOUGH

Delaware state is not a bad team at 15,

in the 32 they'd play either indiana, a VERY GOOD perimiter team and we have 0 perimiter defense or Withita State is in Northern Iowa's conference and actually leading that conference now.

Then probably UNC in the sweet 16 and they're just as young as LSU but probably more talented.

Uconn in the 8, and they've beaten us once, sure we played them close on their home court, but they have a better coach, are much deeper, and actually neutralize our inside threats, not to mention they have a good outside game.

the dilemma is, we go 2 deep on the perimeter. vgood is okay, but come tournament time he'll get eaten up off the dribble.

Temple has been a good defender, sure, but do you really think dmitch can run around and defend guy that moves around with the ball in man defense and still manage to put up good numbers on offense?

LSU is weak against perimeter teams, if dmitch gets too tired to be an offensive threat, the double teaming down low will commence.

Teams that play 3 or 4 guards like villanova, indiana, and ohio state will give lsu trouble if they heat up from outside
