Does anyone know why the person running the ball has carte blanche to use hands to the facemask and push upward when stiff arming, but no other player can? I'm not saying outlaw the stiff arm, I'm saying do not let the rusher touch a defenders facemask when doing so. There's no reason why they should be allowed to do it.
