Just heard Tom Herman in the jungle and the 2 things I took from it are #1 I don't think there is any chance he stays in Houston, very very VERY small one maybe and #2 USC has a very real shot at him. In fact if they are going to make a change I put him as the front runner.
Rome asked him about the open positions. He rattled off some coach speak and while he didn't really say much, it's more about what he didn't say in my opinion. Basically said "we are honest with the team and if there is something to say they know it will be said by me to them" Apparently He has a lot of ties, school and early career stuff to socal. Im going with the chalk in Texas. They're making an early move to get a jump on LSU and everyone else. The thing I read about him loving Texas was before he was even an option. I think it's true. Maybe bebe is our destiny.
I think Hermans off the table. If Strong isn't fired this year, it ll be next year. Herman would wait.
USC and Texas have some deep pockets for sure. If he loses a game it better be Lousiville, in a close one.
