That looks shoulder to shoulder, good call for going with the hit mid-slide, but I don't think he should be tossed.
I understand no targeting, but why no penalty on that play? It resuled in TJ losing his helmet and he had to come out of the game.
How is that not a foul, hitting a sliding player? I get not targeting but it was a foul and first down...
Kind of crap that they didn't call unnecessary roughness or interference there. I agree with the no targeting, but you can't tell me that they wouldn't have hit him with unnecessary roughness if the same thing happened out of bounds.
