How did Stephen Rivers enjoy his trip to the LSU/Bama game? I am just hoping that we can get Mettenberger as well.
He actually had to cancel because his team is in the playoffs. But I hear he hates Bama so I am sure he was happy with the result. Looking very good for Mettenberger still.
i only saw one Alabama commit on that list, i wonder if any LSU commits were able to get in his ear, and make him think a little.
I agree but a lot of them make asses of themselves. It can be very off putting. I do like seeing guys who committ to LSU do it with class. It makes me feel better about their character and their future at LSU.
One thing to consider is the pressure these kids are put under to commit at the games especially with the Army game. But I do agree some of the announcements are over the top.
I wish they would stop all the ridiculous slight of hand with multiple hats. Are we at a carnival shell game or what? I think it shows immaturity and a lack of originality. Just announce where you are going to attend college and thank your parent(s). That would be nice and original.
