I thought our team was just going to roll over and play dead?

 

Translation: They play in a sh!tty conference.

 

the guy from baseball america said last night if the season was to end today then they'd take the two SEC division winners for Super Regionals (LSU/UF).

Tulane's regional will be at Turchin.

Zephyr will be available for Super Regional.

 

We'll have to win the Tournament to get a top 8 I bet.

 

I think if we are close to the top 8 the NCAA will find a way to get a SR in Baton Rouge. Unless they just want the mega attendance that the LSU Tulane super would attract.

 

That thought's crossed my mind. I think the team is in control at this point, that is, play well at state, play well in the tourney, and it'll work out. Otherwise, plan on going to New Orleans sooner or later.

According to their schedule, they play at home during the regional and super regionals, so I would assume the stadium is not available.

 

Seems like Tulane would be better off hosting a Super Regional at Turchin if they were matched up with LSU in order to keep a home field advantage.
