    turtle said early in the week that weaver, actually, beat out liuzza and they would spell each other often this year. so since Liuzza will be the starter more often than not, I think this is a reward to the better player during the offseason. we already know how good matt is.

    turtle kinda hedged his words today...musta realized he shouldnt have said matt was beaten out even if he was.

    Yea, I don't think there was ever a question there. Nicholls is my school and I support them when they're not playing LSU, but they're seriously outmatched in this series [​IMG]. I also like our depth on this team, it DOES remind me a lot of the 1996 team.

    Where can I find this game's live stats on the internet? It never ceases to amaze me that college baseball gets so shafted by the major sports sites.
