got a chance to watch 8th-10th innings at lunch. unbelievable!

pretty nice little surprise for a wednesday.

 

Just like football season and why I hate early games -- what do I do for the rest of the day? :huh:

 

Man, I've been at work listening to the game....

It seemed like LSU was just trying to hold on until USC pitching had to switch around....

wow this was like the stanford game in omaha when we could do nothing til the end.

the blair barbier experience revisited.

 

I loved that game. I watch the last 2 innings several times during baseball season each year.

 

What a great comeback. Wow. I thought they were toast for sure... but this team refused to die.

 

No kidding! I was at that game in Omaha, and all I kept thinking during the middle innings was how much money I spent, and that I would be pissed if we lost this game.

Similar type game today.

The thing I remember most was not just Blair's homerun, but Witten's two out two run homer on a 1-2 count. The crowd was absolutley livid, as was he!
