I agree Thomas played well. Around the basket he seems to be a good finisher as he can basically jump over just about anyone to get his shot up. Tasmin started off 0-6 but most of the shots he took were open curls from 12-15' (Brady running designed plays to get open shots???), so it's hard to complain about him missing. Once he got his nerves out, it became apparent why he was so highly recruited - made some outside shots and had the quickness to get to the bucket for a layup. I think he is the real deal and expect great things from him this year. Voogd does have alot of work to do before he can make it as a SEC guard. I don't expect him to much scoring from the perimeter this year. His shot has a hitch in it and I didn't see him make 1 three pointer in pregame warmups. He did have nice quickness on D and was able to stop penetration by the PG, so he's got that going for him. Definitely not much about him Jordanesque though. D Mitchell is a great shooter and slasher. When he gets an open look at a 3, I'm surprised when he doesn't drain it. I have to agree with you about him not running the point the whole game. That would take away too much of his game, plus I think he could have a little trouble getting the ball up the court against someone pressuring the ball the whole way up - something Tack has little problems with. Temple looks like he could spend some time in the weight room. It makes you wonder what he was up to during his redshirt year. I see his year playing out like CTIII's freshman year. He'll get his feet wet and gain experience. I think he'll be a good 4 year player but don't expect too much from him this year. And finally, Glenn Davis will be a beast this year. He showed great touch making some nice fadeaways and drained a top of the key jumper in transition - not something you see every day from a 300 pounder. He still has his strength on the post. From either block, if the defender gives any room baseline then Davis can use his bulk to shield the ball and get an easy layup. I guess I'm ready for basketball... 6 paragraphs on the 1st exhibition game.
