    Those teams were a combined 60-4 against anyone not named LSU.

    Yikes.

    That includes 2 dropped TDs vs Georgia, another vs Clemson and letting up at the 3 yard line to end the game.

    Does anybody else have to pinch themselves when they hear "LSU" and "greatest team ever" in the same sentence? I am old enough to remember coming in from trick or treating and listening to Cannon's run. I have enjoyed listening and watching some very good LSU teams, including the three previous national champions. I never thought I would see the day where the conversation would be about this.

    What gives me pause, is we just had an lsu qb break damn near every qb passing record and win the damn Heisman. I never thought that was possible. What a magical year.

    We were up by double digits on every team this season with less than three minutes to go in the game.

    The 3 teams that closed the gap to one score all were forced to try a desperate onside kick to pull off a miracle.
