I have a quick question...After Depaul's last made FG, can someone tell me why the clock stopped temporarily? Why didn't the clock keep running?

All LSU! had to do was stand out of bounds and just hold the ball and let about 2 secs run off and the game would have been over and they would have never had to inbound the ball.

Clock stops after a made shot with under 1 minute to geaux.
