That sucks and its not just because its Toonces. They should have made one with an "LSU" along the pick guard ala Stevie Ray Vaughan's "SRV". I would have bought it in a heartbeat even if its a cheapo Epiphone.
I love both, but I wouldn't buy that guitar. I played one at guitar center (well a non-lsu one) and it's, in a word, sh!t. The ugly logo makes it even better!

Pretty sure his name was given to him from message board chatter. I don't think the logo tiger has an official name.
Toonces is not the official name. The name was taken from the SNL skit mentioned above as a joke because it's suck a terrible logo.
