No sir...I've been around for a while. I remember mediocraty when the highlight of the season was beating Kentucky in the Assembly Center and praying for a winning season. I've heard all of these same arguements when Dale Brown was coach. When a certain coach at Indiana made a comment that he thought his team was done until he looked across the floor and saw who he was coaching against.

I applaud the effort of our team against a team who had just been embarressed a few days earlier by that SC team you mentioned and had to fight to win against my Tigers. The same team that many here claim is "so well coached" but in the same breath belittle Bradys efforts. If this team had the talent we have, young talent at that, and hovering around .500 then I'd complain. If you think this team is headed for the NIT you are mistaken. Come back to me in March and smile...

    S. Carolina is pretty good. They have some good shooters over there. Kinsey and Kelley can play. They live and die by the jumper though. If they shoot well, they win. They dont have much inside play but their shooters showed up for the UK, UF, and Miss St games. They are a dangerous team on a given night.

I won't call us "kick ass", but we are still one of the 3 best teams in the SEC, and lead the SEC West. We will get an NCAA bid as well.

Tyrus has got to give us something, he gave us nothing. Temple and Tas have to get more looks, I mean the past 3 games Temple is shooting 50% from behind the arc, and Tas is shooting well too. Glen played his a** off (16pt 12+boards), but it in the first half he didnt have any help from T-Time, Tyrus gave us nothing.

Somebody said something about putting Voogd in to give D-Mitch and Temple a breather. If he could he would!!! Who cares how good his ball handling is, every game Voogd has had a good game it has been against a WEAK team that plays no defense, but when Brady has put him in against HEAT he starts to make bad decissions.

I see we still have a lot of doubters out there, once we start to get into a lil slump the negatives start to fly. :geauxtige we will just have to wait and see (they will be fine)

I remember those days too. Watching them play Kentucky in front of a sold-out crowd. Playing Bobby Knight in the Final Four and again in a final eight.
Just about every year going into the NCAA tournament, big time recruits from across the nation coming here, LSU breaking attendance records.

We broke an attendance record against Arkansas....Most home fans to leave a game with 20 seconds left down by 2 with the ball.

Why won't you answer my question?

What do you do with 1:29 left in the game and down by 7 points?

Pressure defense for an inbounds steal. Cover the best shooters, and allow the worst shooter possible to get the ball, then foul. Hope for a miss on the front end of the one and one, and RUN the ball downcourt. Not walk, RUN. Set up for a three, or a quick two. Repeat.

I don't know why...you'd have to ask the coach and the team. I'm not defending that decision. Under normal circumstances I'd be trying to pressure the inbound and foul if neccesary.
