More info: SEC schools are winding down spring practice with spring games and the SEC Network is trying to catch a glimpse of all of them. Using its alternate channel, the network plans whip-around coverage on seven spring games today and next Saturday, and will also televise three spring games (Mississippi State, Arkansas and Tennessee) in its entirety on the alternate channel. On the SEC Plus network on the Internet, every remaining spring game which will be shown in its entirety, including LSU's spring game next Saturday. BATON ROUGE -- The second annual Rock n’ Roar Block Party on North Stadium Drive will kick-off the 2015 National L Club Spring Football Game presented by Tony Chachere’s. Kickoff for the National L-Club Spring Game is set for 1 p.m. on Saturday, April 18 in Tiger Stadium. LSU’s Spring Game Saturday starts on campus with the Rock n’ Roar Block Party at 11 a.m. on North Stadium Drive. This free event will feature popular local music artist David St. Romain along with carnival activities for the kids. There will be a dunking booth, inflatables along with all types of food. St. Romain will play from 11:15 a.m. to 12:45 p.m. in front of the Maravich Center. The Rock n’ Roar Block Party will also feature giveaways from LSU Athletic Department corporate partners. Kickoff for the National L Club Spring Game presented by Tony Chachere’s is scheduled for 1 p.m. in Tiger Stadium and admission to the game is free. The game will be broadcast on the LSU Sports Radio Network and can be heard in Baton Rouge on 107.3 FM as well as in the Geaux Zone on www.LSUsports.net/live. Fans attending the game will have the chance to win various prizes including different LSU sporting event experiences, electronics giveaways, autograph items and gift certificates from different LSU Athletics corporate partners. Entry forms can be picked up at various corporate partner locations in Baton Rouge including TJ Ribs Restaurants, Academy Sports and Outdoors, McDonald's and Chevron. To qualify, forms must be turned in at gates as fans enter Tiger Stadium on Saturday, April 18. Following the game, the LSU softball team will host Texas A&M at 6 p.m. at Tiger Park. General admission tickets will be sold for $2. If you know any USL fans remind them there will be more people at LSU spring game than there are at 'SLI's' home games during the season. It pisses them off.
