Hey Caddy, what's your preference this season? 1) being a one-loss runner up in the West and having a good shot at a BCS bowl, or 2) winning the West but having to play in the SEC Championship just to have a shot at a BCS bowl? With the national respect that the SEC is receiving this year (plus the additional game in Tempe), we should be able to send two teams to BCS bowls. The way things are looking now, the winner may get to play for the national title and the loser may fall to the Peach. Unless you have a chance to play in Tempe :crystal: , this may not be a bad year to finish second in either division.
Not Caddy, but for me it is whatever it takes to get a shot at Tempe. If your goal isn't the MNC game, then you don't deserve to be in a BCS game. Those are just HUGE payoff consolation games.
