Better than what. Was a legit question and I don't know the answer. Also had an underlying intent on top of it.

 

Better than stirring up shit with hypotheticals about what would happen if saban was here.

When I quit listening to Ott (~6yrs ago), that was his favorite topic. "Do you think the refs really make that call if saban was roaming the sidelines?" "Do you think we'd still be searching for a cure for cancer if saban was still the head coach?"

 

Question may stir up shit but im curious to know if we get screwed with him givn the same team. Of course we won't know definitively but i think the ass kissing of Saban would come into play here.

 

Perhaps, but I don't remember Saban receiving half of the respect when he was coaching LSU as he does now at Bama. I think Bama, not Saban, is the respect-earner, more than anything.

 

That's somewhat what I'm trying to decipher. I say it's half and half. He's earned more with the crystal collection. Bama always got it undeservingly. Now he does as well. All I can do is eat lucky charms for the next mont and look for clover patches.

 

Well, we can only speculate. Therefore I say, fuck no; we'd be 6-6 with saban at the helm this year.
