    Arizona State got it instead...

    The guys on ESPN thought that was a bit peculiar with the weak 13-11 conference record of Arizona State.

    Mississippi State also made the tournament. Interesting.

    They did it to screw the SEC and help the West Coast on the road to Omaha. And, guess what? We have to go to Rice again! What a crock!

    It is tragic that both LSU and Rice will not be going to Omaha. What idiots to have it set up like this.

    Let's hope Texas A&M upsets Rice in their regional. If this happens, does LSU go to Texas A&M, or visa versa?

    Vandy has a good chance to make it to a super regional. Their toughest opponent is Virginia. Weakest regional by far.

    If the rules are the same as they were 3 years ago, if A&M upsets Rice, LSU would travel to College Station for the Supers...

    Virginia sucks. Their SOS is around 114th in the country. I'm looking forward to that Texas/Vandy super regional. Can't wait to see Sowers.

    How does Texas get the # 1 seed after getting knocked out of their conference championship series?

    Well they did manage to win 2 games in their conference tourney before bowing out. Unlike LSU who went 2 and out. And they are ranked 3rd in the nation. You would not have heard the end of it had they not gotten a #1 seed.
