According to rivals, LSU is #24 in total points with only 12 signees.

But . . . only three schools have a higher points-per-player than LSU at 3.67 points. So its another top-5 year as far as quality of recruits.

I can live with that. This year wasn't going to be about quantity anyway. It's more just about taking the top guys in Louisiana, and filling a few holes this year. Next year is the year we need to be going after quantity.

I'm happy with this class, all things considered. I'm glad we kept the class small so we won't have to worry next year about having to give some scholarships to a lot of grayshirts we would have had if we signed a big class this year. Now we can give those scholarships to what sounds like a killer Louisiana class for next year.

yep, add a few transfers and the top stud in the country at qb with the late coaching change and we can't complain.

loaded now reloaded at RB once again.

The most important thing is getting Perrilloux. Can't underestimate the importance of the QB position. If this kid produces like we all think he will, this class, as small as it is, will be regarded as one of the most important in LSU history.

The two transfers were both four-stars coming out of high school. Top stuff.
