42-31 UK at the half First half stats: JOB and Hickey lead LSU with 9 points each, JOB also has 6 rebounds
Everytime I see LSU vs Kentucky, 2 things come to mind, 1 awesome, 1 terrible. The awesome is obviously the Bluegrass Miracle, the terrible is when basketball hosted a highly ranked Kentucky team at the PMAC, went up 18 at halftime, and a huge run in the first five minutes of the 2nd half, only to watch them completely squander a 31 point lead, and lose 99-95. I was a senior in high school, and I remember throwing shit at the television during the 2nd half. Travis Ford, Walter McCarty just went off. Ronnie Henderson and Clarence Ceaser (lefty shooter number 22) both had 30 plus for the Tigers. I've only had that feeling one other time, and it came in November of 2012 in the last 2 minutes of a football game against some team in red. To go from jubilation to complete WHAT THE FUCK, is a terrible feeling. Ask Guy Morriss, he knows how it feels.
