If I believed anything short of firing Miles would change our offense I wouldn't call for it. Unfortunately the past years has proven nothing will change as long as Miles is HC. Most successful "in school history" doesn't mean shit to me if you suck ass now. The game evolves. You either adapt or get left behind.
